Most of us have been staying at home for over a week now. For many of us, that means making three meals a day for ourselves and our families. Dining in at local restaurants isn’t an option right now, but you can still get your fix of amazing local food from many area restaurants via carryout or delivery.

Ordering from a local small business gives you a break from cooking and helps support the local economy that needs us right now. Many national chains are offering carryout and delivery, too, but we are all about supporting York local small businesses right now.

Tutoni’s, The Cantina, Aviano’s, and Presto Pasteria York

This one is our favorite option. You can satisfy your entire family with one order. Someone wants tacos and another wants pasta,  no problem. One order takes care of it all. Tutoni’s, The Cantina, Aviano’s, and Presto Pasteria York are offering carryout and free delivery from one location, 350 Rockdale Avenue. The Fig & Barrel Pub

The Fig & Barrel Pub is open and offering carryout and free delivery (within a two-mile radius) along with GrubHub delivery (outside of two-mile radius). Check out their menu here. Call 717-850-0080 to place your order. They are currently accepting orders from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm Sunday through Thursday and 11:30 am to midnight Friday and  Saturday.

Esaan Thai

Revival Social Club

The Revival Social Club is practicing safe social distancing by offering carryout and delivery. Delivery is free within a 5-mile radius. You can place your order from 11-7 Monday through Friday and 4-8 Saturday by calling  717-430-2981 They are offering a limited menu that will vary week to week. Prince Street Cafe

Prince Street Cafe is offering takeout and delivery (through DoorDash, Uber Eats, and GrubHub). You can place your order from 8 am – 2 pm Monday through Friday. View the takeout/delivery menu here.

Hamir’s Indian Fusion

Hamir’s is open for carryout Monday through Friday from 11 am to 8 pm, and Saturday from 12 to 8 pm. Many of their meals are freezer friendly if you are looking to do some meal planning that doesn’t include making the meals yourself. World Grills

World Grills is offering carryout and delivery via DoorDash and GrubHub. Call 717-650-2886 to place your carryout order. You can view the delicious menu here. Place your order between 11 am and 8 pm.

District Thai

District Thai is open for carryout and delivery (Uber Eats and delivery.com) Monday through Friday fro 11:30 am to 8 pm and Saturdays from 12-8 pm. They are currently offering a 15% discount on takeout orders! It’s easy to order online by visiting their website. Don’t forget to use the code “YORK15” at checkout to receive your discount.

John Wright Restaraunt

John Wright is open for carryout only Wednesday through Saturday from 11 am-3 pm and 5 pm-7 pm. You can also order carryout on Sunday from 11 am-3 pm only. Victor’s Italian Restaraunt

The Cove

The Copper Crust is posting hours and menu options daily on their Facebook page for carryout orders. They are also collecting monetary donations to deliver free food to those working the frontlines, healthcare workers, during the pandemic. Mezzogiorno is open for carryout or delivery through DoorDash Tuesday through Saturday from 7am to 2pm. They are also offering free meals to students in need.
